                                         Shri Amol Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on

caveat.

Both the parties heard on IA No.3401/2022 & 3402/2022, which are the applications for urgent hearing during summer vacation.

After due consideration, both the applications are allowed. At the request of counsel for the respondent No.1, counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply the copy of IA No.3403/2022 along with annexures to counsel for the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for interim stay. Counsel for the respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application and placed reliance upon the judgment of Apex Court in the case of Delhi Development Authority Vs. Kochhar Construction Work and another reported in (1998) 8 SCC 559 and the judgment of this Court in the case of The

Municipal Corporation, Jabalpur Vs. Shri Radhakrishna Pandey reported in 1969 MPLJ 325.

Present civil revision has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 9.5.2022, whereby the lower appellate court has dismissed the Miscellaneous Appeal No.103/2021.

In view of the order dated 22.6.2021 passed in WP No.10594/2021 and Signature Not Verified SAN
