The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227
of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-
"(i) That, impugned order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the Principal District Judge, Bhind contained in Annexure P/1 may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.
(ii) That, the judgment dated 19.07.2016 passed in Civil Suit No.2B/2015 by the District Judge, Bhind, may also be quashed.
(iii) That, any other relief which is suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner including the costs throughout may also be granted.
It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he was a
judgment debtor in the case. Decree holder is pressing upon for recovery of
amount in execution proceedings.
After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
withdrawal of this petition to pursue his other remedy as available to him, if
any, in accordance with law.
Prayer noted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
