        Shri G.K. Agrawal, learned GA for the respondents/State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23-12-2021 Annexure P/1 whereby recovery has been directed to be initiated against him to the tune of Rs.1,73,231/- which according to counsel for the petitioner is illegal. He relied upon the judgment of Apex Court in the case of State of Punjab and others Vs.

Rafique Masih (White Washer), (2015) 4 SCC 334 whereby recovery from Class -III and IV employees are restrained.

Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven days by RAD mode, returnable within four weeks.

Till next date of hearing, effect and operation of impugned order Annexure P/1 shall remain stayed and no recovery shall be made from the petitioner till further orders.

List immediately after four weeks. C.c. as per rules.
