Notice be made returnable within four weeks.

Subject to deposit 50% of Rs.71,426/- before the concerned appellate Court by the appellant within a period of one month from today, the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 18/01/2022 passed in RCA NO. 187/2021 by IVth Additional District Judge, Rewa as well as judgment and decree passed by Civil Judge, Class-II Rewa in Civil Suit No. 24-B/2014 on 30/11/2019 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
