                                             Issue notice to respondent No.2 by both modes on payment of process fee

In the light of the judgment passed in the case of Sayna Bee Vs. Ishar Ahmad, (2019) CriLJ 3128, it is directed that the further proceedings of order

dated 16.12.2021 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhopal in Criminal complaint R.T. No.16699/2021 shall remain stayed for a period of 45 days.

It is made clear that after appearance of the respondents, this order may be recalled.

List this case after four weeks.
