Girdhar Kumar sent to this Court in S.A. No. 844/2016 for uploading the judgment dated 13/05/2016 on C.I.S. Software 3.2.

On due consideration, Office is directed to send the record of Regular Civil Appeal No. 1/2014 to the court of District & Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur with a request to return the same to this Court for disposal of Second Appeal No. 844/2016 after uploading the judgment dated 13/05/2016 on C.I.S. Software 3.2.
