This present appellant has been filed against the ex-parte judgment and decree dated 27/10/2017 by the plaintiff/appellant.

Counsel for the appellant has filed I.A. No.2537/2022 under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of CPC for withdrawal of the appeal annexing a letter dated 30/12/2020 containing the fact that the competent authority has accorded his consent to waive the outstanding loan, interest and other expenses recoverable from the respondents.
