           Shri Akshay Namdeo, learned Government Advocate for respondent/State.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for appellants prays for withdrawal of I.A. No.10591/2021, first application u/S.389 (1) of Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of appellant No.3-Brajesh Uike and appellant No.4 - Ram Singh Uike for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Accordingly, I.A. No.10591/2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn. In view of above, I.A. No.8265/2021, an application for urgent hearing stands disposed of having become infructuous.

I.A. No.8264/2021, an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment dated 31.03.2021, has become infructuous since the record in original is available.

Accordingly, I.A. No.8264/2021 stands disposed of. List for final hearing.
