ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his sole grievance is to the
effect that the representation dated 19/04/2022 (Annexure P/7) has not been
considered as yet.
The petitioner further submits that in an identical issue, Co-ordinate
Bench of this Court in WP No.9861/2022 has issued a direction to the

the light of the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Ritesh R. Sah. Vs.

However, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the
petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 & 3 to

passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of sixty days from the
date of production of certified copy of this Order.
