The original appellant has died in the year 2006 and his legal representative was impleaded in the year 2007. Thereafter in the year 2019 SPC was issued and the same was also served. However, on three occasions none

has appeared for the appellant.

Since the legal representative is not taking any interest in pursuing this appeal and the original appellant has already expired, this appeal stands abated.
