                                     41 Rule 5 of CPC, by which, the appellant has prayed for stay of effect and
                                     operation of the impugned judgment/decree dated 17/08/2021 till final
                                     disposal of present appeal.

                                            Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking
                                     note of the fact that the appellant has lost his case before both the Courts
                                     be.ow, therefore, stay cannot be granted at this stage.
                                            Accordingly, the I.A. no. 7554/2021 is dismissed.
                                            Let notice be issued to the respondent/s on payment of PF within 15

days; returnable within eight weeks.
