Petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by order dated 08.07.2021, contained in Annexure P/7, as petitioner has been denied compensation under M.P. Crime Victim Compensation Scheme, 2015.

It is submitted that in its judgment dated 27.06.2019, Judicial Magistrate

First Class, Chhindwara (M.P.) has directed that petitioner is entitled to compensation under M.P. Crime Victim Compensation Scheme, 2015. In view of said direction, respondents had committed an error of law in rejecting her claim for compensation contrary to the direction and scheme.

Issue notices to respondents by ordinary as well registered AD mode on payment of process fee within seven days.

Notices be made returnable within four weeks.
