                                         Learned counsel for the petitioners-State submits that by the impugned
                                   order the Tribunal has rejected the application for taking additional
                                   documents on record filed on behalf of the State of M.P.. He places reliance
                                   on the judgment -Chakreshwari Construction (P) Ltd. v. Manohar Lal -

                                   2017(5) SCC 212.
                                         Considering the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the respondent

on payment of P.F. within 7 working days returnable within four weeks.

Till the next date of hearing the proceedings may go on but final award shall not be passed by the Tribunal.
