The present appeal is filed from the jail by the appellant in person.

I.A.No.2046 of 2022, is an application for condonation of delay. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application that due to poverty, the appellant was not in a position to engage the Advocate and to file
an appeal and, therefore, has presented the present appeal. He has made an application to the Legal Aid Committee, High Court, Indore, for providing him legal assistance.
For the aforesaid reasons, the delay in filing the present appeal is condoned.
Office is directed to call the record and the Legal Service Committee is directed to appoint a counsel in the matter.
The copy of the judgment of the trial Court be supplied to the learned Panel Lawyer for the State.
