       This second appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 25/06/2015 passed

by 1st Additional District Judge to 1st Additional District Judge, Guna District-
Guna (M.P.) in First Appeal No.83A/2015 confirming the judgment and decree
dated 02/03/2015 passed by 2nd Civil Judge, Class- I, Guna, District - Guna
(M.P.) in Civil Suit No.8A/2014.
       The appeal involves and is admitted on the following substantial
question of law;

          (1) Whether learned both the Courts below erred in
          relying upon the demarcation report which was not as per
          rules for making demarcation hence, the judgment and
          decree passed by learned both the Courts below are
          vitiated.?
       Issue notice to the respondents for final hearing on payment of process

fee by RAD mode within seven working days, returnable without six weeks.

Also heard on IA No.3486/2015, an application under Order 39 Rule 1& 2 read with Section 151 of CPC.

Meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status quo as it exists today till next date of hearing.

List the case after six weeks.
