Heard on the question of admission and interim relief.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the humdust service report and thereafter the reply has been filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 and respondent no.4 separately.
From the reply filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 it can be gathered that the show cause notice was issued to the petitioner but the respondents are not in a position to demonstrate as to how the notice is served on the petitioner before passing the impugned order (Annexure P-1).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in the case of Gorkha Security Services Vs. Govt. Of Nct Of
Delhi & Ors, (2014) 9 SCC 105.
In view of above, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
