Heard on the question of admission. Appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following substantial questions of law:-

(i) Whether the Courts below were justified in holding that the appellant has not proved his case, despite pleading and filing of copies of judgment, decree/orders passed by Civil Court as also High Court of Madhya Pradesh in regard to ownership of Siddique Hasan Tank situated at Noor Mohammed Road, Bhopal ? and

(ii) Whether the Court below ignored all documentary evidence indicating that Siddique Hasan Tank is private property and share of which is vested on Khurshid Ali Khan?

The parties are directed to maintain the status-quo till the next date of

hearing.
