                The record of the Court below has been received.

                This application under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. has been filed

          against the judgment dated 4.10.2021 passed in S.T. No.19/2018 by

          Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dabra, District Gwalior by which the

          respondents have been acquitted for offence under Section 354, 324, 506

Part-II of IPC as well as under Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 but

they have been convicted under Section 323/34 of IPC on two counts and

have been sentenced to undergo the sentence till rising of the Court and

fine of Rs.1,000/-.

The appeal being arguable is admitted for final hearing.

Issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.25,000/- against

respondents No.2 to 6 for their appearance before this Court on

18.7.2022.
