(BY SHRI ARVIND SINGH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE )

T h is appeal coming on final hearing this day, the court passed the
following:
                                    JUDGMENT

Perused the report sent by the Superintendent of District Jail, Dindori dated 12.4.2022 indicating that appellant has already been released on 12.3.2022 from jail

after serving his jail sentence.

In view of aforesaid, the instant criminal appeal has rendered infructuous. Even otherwise, perused the reasons and findings recorded by the trial Court in impugned judgment dated 30.9.2014 passed in S.T.No.30/2014 for convicting the appellant under section 376(2)(1) (j) of IPC and section 3A/4 of POCSO Act.

After proper appreciation of the evidence available on record, this Court finds that the impugned judgment is just and proper. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the trial Court. Hence, there is no merit in the appeal.

In the result, the appeal stands dismissed accordingly.
