The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:-

"(i) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be graciously

pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the applications of the petitioners (Ann.P/1) in the light of law laid down by this Hon'ble Court which is annexed as Annexure P/5 collectively.

(ii) Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deem, fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners."

It is pointed out that the vehicle of the petitioner was more than 15 years old and the aforesaid case was considered and decided by this court in the case of Bal Kishan Palel and others Vs. State of M.P. and others decided on 30.06.2020.

It is argued that his case was entirely covered by the aforesaid case and the same relieve be extended to the petitioner.

Counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the innocuous prayer but has submitted that the authorities be permitted to examine the age of the vehicle of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment of Bal Kishan Patel (Supra) passed by this court which is fully applicable to the case of the petitioner and Signature Not Verified SAN

years old.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
