JUDGMENT
While working as Santhi under the 1 st
respondent Board, the petitioner was issued with
Ext.P5 order by the 2nd respondent, imposing
punishment of compulsory retirement. Against the
same, he has filed Ext.P6 representation before the
1st respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner
in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1 st
respondent Board to consider Ext.P6 representation
expeditiously.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the
petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the
respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case
and having considered the submissions made across
2024:KER:67290 the Bar, there will be a direction to the 1 st
respondent Board to consider and pass appropriate
orders on Ext.P6 representation, in accordance with
law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within
a period of two months from the date of receipt of a
copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
