                               JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider Ext.P4

application preferred under Form 5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy

Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008, (for short, the Act and the Rules).

Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned

Government Pleader submits that orders have already been passed

rejecting the application on 25.07.2024. This is recorded. The writ petition is

closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the

same, in case the petitioner is aggrieved.
