          THE TRAVANCORE CEMENTS LTD., KOTTAYAM REPRESENTED BY ITS MANAGING
          DIRECTOR, TRAVANCORE CEMENTS LTD, NATTAKAM, KOTTAYAM- 686013.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 1695 days from 09/01/2018 to 03/10/2024 in filing the Writ Appeal, for
   the ends of justice, equity and fair play.
        This Application again coming on for orders on 21/11/2024 upon
   perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this
   court's order dated 6/11/2024, and upon hearing the arguments of
   ADVOCATES,M/S.M.BALAGOVINDAN & LAL KUMAR N,for the applicants, the court
   on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Along with I.A.No.1 of 2024, the appellant has filed an additional affidavit to supplement the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this application.

The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file counter affidavit.
