        This OP(C) having come up for orders on 21.11.2024, upon perusing
   the letter dated 8.11.2024 of the District Judge, Thodupuzha forwarding
   the letter dated 8.11.2024 of the Sub Judge, Thodupuzha and this court's
   judgment dated 27.9.2024, the court on the same day passed the passed the
   following;

                                         ORDER

A report has been filed by the Sub-Court, Thodupuzha seeking extension of time till 30.11.2024 for the final disposal of the matter. In the report it is further stated that it is submitted by both sides that a settlement has been reached in principle and mediation discussions were going on and thereafter some more time is required for completion of the settlement process.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant extension of time as sought for.
