The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
the petitioner wishes to amend the writ petition to challenge the
Declaration issued in terms of the provisions of the Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation
and Resettlement Act, 2013. The writ petition is therefore adjourned
to 24.01.2025, to enable the petitioner to amend the writ petition, if
so advised.
