                                        JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"i) To issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate order or direction directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application for variation of timings of the stage carriage vehicle bearing No. KL11X2757 and appropriate order within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

ii) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents;

iii) To grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant in the interest of justice."

2. Mr S Gopinathan learned Senior Government Pleader

submitted that the petitioner's application shall be considered within

two months after hearing all the affected parties.

3. Considering the said stand of the learned Senior

Government Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass necessary orders on WP(C) NO. 38919 OF 2024

the petitioner's application in Ext.P3 for revision of timings within a

period of two months, in accordance with the law, after hearing all

affected parties.
