                                      JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application for revision of timings in respect of petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No. KL 03/W 6604 on the route Pathanmthitta - Chengannur, after hearing the petitioner and other operators.

ii) Grant such other reliefs which this Honourable court just and fit in the circumstance of the case."

2. Mr S Gopinathan learned Senior Government Pleader

submitted that the petitioner's application shall be considered within

two months after hearing all the affected parties.

3. Considering the said stand of the learned Senior

Government Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass necessary orders on

the petitioner's application in Ext.P3 for revision of timings within a WP(C) NO. 38877 OF 2024

period of two months, in accordance with the law, after hearing all

affected parties.
