        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings against the
   petitioner/accused in Crime No: 137 of 2024 of Perumpadappu Police Station
   Malappuram District pending on the files of the Court of Fast Track
   Special Judge, Ponnani as S.C. No: 615 of 2024, till the disposal of this
   Crl. M.C.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. J.R.PREM NAVAZ, SUMEEN S. and
   MUHAMMED SWADIQ, Advocates for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for
   the 1st respondent, the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for 1st respondent.

Issue notice to 2nd respondent by registered post as well as through Station House Officer with hearing date on 10.12.2024.

The petitioner is directed to produce the judgment in SC 333/2024 on the files of Special Court (POCSO), Ponnani whereby the accused was acquitted in another crime, registered at the instance of same victim, where common 164 statement was recorded, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Post on 10.12.2024.

Further proceedings in SC No.615/2014 on the files of Fast Track Special Court, Ponnani shall stand stayed till 10.12.2024.
