                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is presently working as 'Clerk" in the

school managed by the 5th respondent, has submitted this writ

petition being aggrieved by the failure on the part of the

respondents in crediting the pay revision arrears due to him in

his Provident Fund Account. Highlighting his grievance, the

petitioner has submitted Ext.P6, which is now pending before the

3rd respondent.

Limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a direction to

the 3rd respondent for an expeditious disposal of Ext.P6. After

hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing

the 3rd respondent to take up Ext.P6 and to act upon the same,

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
