                         JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the following

prayers:

"i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directing the respondents to issue the Xerox copies of the answer sheets of the petitioner for the subject referred as Exts. P1 and P2 within a time bound.

ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Honorable Court would deem fit and proper.

iii) Allow the costs of the petitioner." SIC

2. Today, this writ petition is listed in the

defect list because service to the 3 rd respondent is not WP(C) NO.39348 OF 2018

complete. There is no representation also for the

petitioner. When this writ petition came up for

consideration on 06.03.2019, this Court passed the

following order;

"There shall be a direction to the respondents to issue Xerox copies of the answer sheets to the petitioner covered by Exts.P1 and P2 within a period of two weeks."

In the light of the above order, I think, no further

order is necessary in this case. Therefore, recording

the order dated 06.03.2019, this writ petition is

closed.
