        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in pursuant to the judgment dated 28.2.2023 in Crl.Appl No.124
   of 2020 of the District and Sessions Judge, Ernakulam.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of ASWINI SANKAR R.S., P.YADHU KUMAR, SWETHA K.S., Advocates for the
   petitioners, and of the public prosecutor for the second respondent, the
   court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There will be an interim stay of the judgment dated 28/2/2023 in Crl.A.No.124/2020 to the extent it directs the first appellant to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month from 17.9.2018 to the first respondent as maintenance. All other directions contained in the judgment will continue to operate.
