                           JUDGMENT

When the case is taken up, it is submitted that after

thorough verification of the counter foils of the answer

sheets, the marks obtained for the paper of Law of Torts and

Law of Contracts were entered as 32 and 23 respectively in

accordance with the mark sheet received in the Office of

Revaluation. It is stated that the candidate had erroneously

written name of the paper as Law of Torts and Law of

Contracts-I in the answer sheets which led to the confusion.

It is also stated that a memo has been issued to the petitioner

stating that he may apply for revaluation.

In such circumstances, no further orders are called for

in this writ petition. The writ petition is closed recording the

submission made by the Standing Counsel for the University.
