                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of November, 2023

The petitioner seeks early disposal of

O.S.No.353/2019 of the Munsiff Court, Chavakkad

on the premise that the petitioner is a senior

citizen. As per the relevant administrative

orders issued by the High Court, all courts are

bound to assign the due seniority in cases

involving senior citizens. In such circumstances,

a further order from this Court on the judicial

side is not warranted.

This Original Petition is disposed of

directing the learned Munsiff to assign the due

seniority to the petitioner on account of his

status as a senior citizen in accord with the

administrative orders issued by this Court.
