                               JUDGMENT

Admit. Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to consider Ext.P1 representation and defer coercive

action till consideration of Ext.P1. The prayer in Ext.P1 is for

deferring the coercive action for a period of six months.

3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1,

after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within one

month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The coercive action shall be kept in abeyance till consideration

of Ext.P1.
