                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 13th day of March, 2023

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

the petitioner has filed W.P.(C) No.8692/2023 against the rejection

of the application for renewal of licence.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition has

rendered infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed

as infructuous, reserving the right of the petitioner to raise all

contentions in the said writ petition challenging the rejection.
