                                     JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court, being aggrieved by the

fact that the application filed by the petitioner for effecting mutation

in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property obtained by her

by virtue of Ext.P1 has not been considered by the respondents.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today,

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application before the 1 st respondent and

the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, within a time

frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that there is no

objection in such a direction being issued to the 1st respondent.

4. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by

the petitioner and considering the submissions made as above, the

writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1 st respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 , in accordance with the law,

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified

copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
