                                          JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to appoint an Higher Officer than 2 nd and 3rd respondents from any other districts to observe and supervise the Board Meeting of the 4th respondent Society.

(ii) Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case and in the interest of justice."

2. A perusal of the prayers in this writ petition would

show that the prayers became infructuous. Therefore this writ

petition is dismissed as infructuous.
