THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 15.09.2022,

THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 7418 OF 2015

                                      2

                              JUDGMENT

This matter has been pending before this Court for the last

more than seven years and I am of the view that the reliefs sought for

may have become infructuous.

2. Sri.Ajith Prakash - learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner, submitted that he does not have instructions from his

client as to the relevance of the reliefs sought for and prayed that if

this Court is inclined to close this writ petition, then a liberty of re-

hearing may be left open.

Resultantly, I close this writ petition, finding it to have become

infructuous; however, leaving full liberty to the petitioner to seek a

re-rehearing if any further reliefs are necessary.
