Dated this the 01st day of July, 2021

When this Contempt of Court case came up for

hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that, pursuant to the directions of this Court the petitioner has

been served with a notice demanding payment of fees under

Section 27(A) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and

Wetland Act, 2008 and since the respondent has acted upon

the directions of this Court, the petitioner does not want to

prosecute this Contempt of Court case. Accordingly, the

contempt of Court case is closed.
