                            ORDER

None appear for the petitioner either physically or

through video conference.

2. In spite of granting sufficient opportunities, the

petitioner has not paid the process fee pursuant to the

order of issuance of notice dated 26.08.2021. Thus, for

more than an year, the petitioner has not paid the

process. Even on 08.07.2022 also one more opportunity

was granted to the petitioner to pay the process for

ensuring service of notice on the respondent despite

which, the petitioner has remained absent. As such,

neither he is evincing any interest in prosecuting the

matter nor paying the process.

3. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for

not taking steps as well for non-prosecution.
