JUDGMENT DATED 20.10.2022 PASSED BY THIS HON'BLE
COURT IN C.C.C. No.320/2022 AND ETC.

     THIS REVIEW PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION
THIS DAY, CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

Sri S.S.Mahendra, the learned Additional Government

Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner, after

arguing the matter for some time, prays for withdrawal of the

petition.

3. The learned counsel for the review petitioner is

allowed to withdraw the review petition.

4. Needless to state that the petitioner was granted

liberty by this Court in its order dated 20.10.2022 to challenge

the decision of the Deputy Commissioner and the same is

recorded in paragraph 5 of the order, in the following words:

"........ If the complainant is aggrieved by the decision of the Deputy Commissioner rejecting his representation, he is at liberty to challenge the said decision by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedies before the competent forum."

5. Keeping the aforesaid liberty intact, the review

petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
