of Cr.P.C. praying to set asid e the judgment dated
19.06.2018 passed by the VI Additional Small Causes
Judge   and   XXXI    A.C.M.M.,      Bang alore   in   C.C.
No.20331/2017-acquitting the respondent/accused for
the offence punishable under section 138 of N.I. Act.


     This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders this

                          ORDER

The order sheet dated 30.06.2022 shows that

this appeal was listed for the sixth time for

clearing office objections. On 20.09.2021, at

request of appellant's counsel two weeks time was

granted finally. Office objections have not yet

been cleared. Appellant's counsel is absent today.

Therefore appeal is dismissed.
