02/10.02.2026     Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel

            appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pindrajora

P.S. Case No.172/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 317(2), 3(5)

of the BNS, 2023, Sections 11(1)(a)(b)(d)(e)(h)(i)(j) of Prevention of Cruelty

of Animal Act, 1960, Rules 47(a)(b), 48, 49(a)(b), 51(a), 52, 53, 54(1)(2) of

Transport of Cattle Rule, 1978, Sections 3, 4, 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal

Slaughter Prohibition Act, 2005, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even the

pick-up van is not belonging to the petitioner as well as the bovine animals

are not of the petitioner and the allegations are there that in the pick-up van,

bovine animals were being carried. He next submits that the name of the

petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He also

submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in

paragraph 11 of this application.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and

submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner and the name of

the petitioner has come on confessional statement.

5. Considering that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as

disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application and the name of the petitioner

has come on confessional statement and in the attending facts and

circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory

bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender

before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of

his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,

Bokaro in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No.172/2025, subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik

Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
