1. Vide order dated, 04.09.2025, learned Special P.P. was directed

to ascertain the life status of the appellant Muneshwar Ganjhu @

Kaliya and file necessary affidavit alongwith copy of death

certificate.

2. Learned Special P.P. has filed a counter affidavit enclosing the

certificate of Mukhiya stating therein that the sole appellant

Muneshwar Ganjhu @ Kaliya has died in the year 2009.

3. As such, this appeal stands abated.
