Order No.04 / Dated : 12.09.2025 It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of review petitioner that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.928 of 2023 with analogous cases was set aside in L.P.A. No.28 of 2024 with analogous cases. The said order has been challenged in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.19289- 19291/2025, wherein stay has been allowed in the judgment passed in L.P.A. No.28 of 2024, L.P.A. No.29 of 2024 and L.P.A. No.30 of 2024.

In this view of matter, civil review petition is dismissed as infructuous at this stage. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, is disposed of.
