02/27.11.2025 The matter relates to Complaint Case No. 2643 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 406/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Palamu.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is arising out of the complaint case and only to answer the summons, the petitioner has to appear and he further submits that in view of that, may be kindly allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned court on the strength of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
