th Order No.02/27 November 2025 I.A. No.15187 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellants by challenging the judgment and sentence dated 30.10.2025 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara in Sessions Trial No.48 of 2025 in connection with Bagdehri P.S. Case No.05/2024 by which the appellant has been convicted for the offences under Sections 325 and 323 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three (03) years and R.I. for six (06) months respectively.

However, all the sentenced have been directed to run concurrently.

2. I.A. No.15187 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellants vide order dated 30.10.2025 for a period of one (01) month.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellant namely Raju Ghosh and Damodar Ghosh by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 30.10.2025 for a period of one (01) month is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No.15187 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

5. Admit.

6. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records from learned Court below.

7. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to implead the Informant as Respondent No.2 in this case.

8. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2 under Speed Post with A/D and for which, requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today, failing which this Criminal Appeal (SJ) shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
