Order No: 02/ Dated: 17.11.2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellants by challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 18.10.2025 passed in S.T Case No. 68 of 2025 by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara P.S Case No. 181 of 2022 corresponding to G.R No. 105 of 2023 by which the appellants have been convicted for the offence under Section 323/34 of the I.P.C and sentenced to undergo R.I for six (06) months to pay the fine of Rs. 1000/- each.

2. I.A No. 14909 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellants for confirmation of the provisional bail granted to the appellants by the learned Court below vide order 18.10.2025 for a period of one (01) month.

3. It appears that the learned Court below had granted provisional bail to the appellants vide order dated 18.10.2025 for a period of one (01) month i.e. till 17.11.2025.

4. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellants by the learned Court below vide order dated

18.10.2025 is, hereby, confirmed.

5. Thus, I.A No. 14909 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

7. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records.

8. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to implead the informant as Respondent No. 2 in this case in course of the day.

9. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No. 2 by speed post with A/D and for which, requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today, failing which, this Criminal Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
