1. Mr. Nilesh Kumar has submitted that he has given no objection to the Pairvikar of the appellant and the appellant will be engaging fresh counsel in support of its case.

2. Today, when the case is called out, none appears on behalf of the appellant.

3. It also appears from the report sent by Sri Amresh Kumar, learned Spl.Judge POCSO-cum-District Addl. Sessions Judge, Chatra that DLSA. Chatra has quantified and made a recommendation for payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs) to the victim as a final compensation but the victim has not been given any compensation till now.

4. Under the circumstance, Office is directed to inform the learned Member Secretary JHALSA regarding pendency of this case.

5. The learned Member Secretary, JHALSA is also directed to submit a report as what is the impediment for not making the payment of compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs), although the judgment and sentence was passed as far back 15.06.2023 and 22.06.2023 by the learned Court below.

6. The learned Member Secretary shall co-ordinate with the State Authorities for making payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs) for the present to the victim. The quantum of compensation may also be decided by this Court also apart from Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs), which has been directed to pay the victim by the DLSA, Chatra.

7. Put up this case on 10th December 2025.

8. In the meantime, let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Member Secretary JHALSA by FAX.
