th Order No.05/06 November 2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the victim lady X by red ink as a Respondent No.2 in this case in course of the day.

2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal (SJ) upon the guardian/legal guardian of victim lady "X" through the Superintendent of Police, Giridih, in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the Guardian of victim lady "X".

3. Put up this case after four (04) weeks.

4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of Superintendent of Police, Giridih by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful.
